 It is no secret that new home sales have slowed in Florida, and that means Rainbow Springs is willing to offer savings to our buyers that we would not offer any other time.  These savings are only available for the first half of the year so you have to take advantage of them soon.

Here Is What You Can Save: 

  • Option credits on the Manor series homes have been increased to $7,000.  This means that you can select upgrades of your choice to add to your home at no cost up to $7,000.  The Victorian series savings have been increased to $5,000 and the Suncoast series is $500. 

  • House warming gifts the day you move into your home exceed $500. 

  • The golf membership initiation fee is reduced from $10,000 to $1,000 resulting in $9,000 savings. 

  • The first year golf or social membership fees to the country club are free.  We will pay them for you when you close on your home.  This is a savings to you of approximately $2,600. 

  • First year Property Owners Association fees will be paid by Rainbow Springs Limited at the time you close your home. 

  • State and County impact fees for new construction are currently $10,156 and included in the purchase price of your home.  

  • We realize that travel expenses have increased significantly in recent months, so as an added incentive to purchase during this special pricing period we will credit an additional $2,500 off the purchase price of your new home to reimburse your travel expenses when you buy a new home.

All of these great savings and benefits total approximately $31,454.

All you have to do to take advantage of these savings is contract to build a home with Rainbow Springs Limited before June 30, 2008 and begin construction no later than ninety (90) days after the date you sign your construction contract.
